Returns & Exchanges

At Loubou, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of your order date, issued in the form of store credit. Items must be in their original condition and unused. Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges; instead, you can return your item and use your store credit toward any other product in our store. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@loubou.co with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return, and we’ll guide you through the process. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is the result of a manufacturing defect.
