Loubou operates in Southern Delaware.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only accept online orders for shipping addresses within the United States. If you are interested in placing an international order, please visit our Etsy Store, which offers global shipping.

Do you offer custom embroidery for businesses or events?

Absolutely! We offer custom embroidery for businesses looking to highlight their brand with personalized merchandise. We also create custom pieces for special occasions (like bachelorette parties, birthdays, etc.). Contact us at contact@loubou.co to discuss your ideas.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@loubou.co. We will do our best to accommodate your request however once an order has entered the shipping phase, we’re unable to make any changes or cancellations.
